Welcome to March’s AK Cookbook Club! I’m so glad you’re here. A few reminders:
On the first Wednesday of each month I’ll announce a new cookbook recipe from my cookbook that we’ll all get to make during the month. No recipes are off-limits, so get ready to cook and bake every month with me for an entire year! Think of it as a fun little challenge you can do with family & friends, or solo (because you’re ambitious like that!)
This month we’re making my incredible Sweet and Savory Scones! You’ll need a copy of The Ambitious Kitchen Cookbook in order to participate, so get your copy HERE!

STEP 2: You’ll need a copy of The Ambitious Kitchen Cookbook in order to make future Cookbook Club recipes. Grab your copy HERE if you don’t already have it!
STEP 3: Make the AK Cookbook Club recipe anytime during the month (yes, you can make ANY of the scone flavors), then share a photo or video of your creations on Instagram (in-feed or stories), in our Facebook Group, and/or email the photo to abra@ambitiouskitchen with the hashtag #AKCookbookClub for a chance to win a gift bundle of baking tools:
March’s recipe: Sweet and Savory Scones
Everyone turn head to pages 30-33 of my cookbook where you’ll find two sweet scone flavors, and two savory scone flavors! These cones are such a fun, elevated brunch treat and baking project.
- The sweet scone base has two different flavor add-ins: Birthday Cake (my go-to that I’ll be demo-ing during the baking class) and White Chocolate Blueberry.
- The savory scone base has another two different flavor add-ins: Bacon, Date & Goat Cheese, and Scallion Jalapeño Cheddar.
- Never made homemade scones before? My recipes are easier to make than you think, and you’ll get a wonderful, flaky baked good to enjoy with morning coffee or share with loved ones!
